How to Apply for SSC MTS 2025: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: One-Time Registration

  • Visit the official SSC website (ssc.gov.in).
  • Click “New User? Register Now” (or “Register Now”).
  • Fill in basic details: full name, parent’s names, date of birth, school exam board/year, gender, mobile number, email. Submit.
  • Verify mobile/email via OTP.
  • You’ll then receive a Registration ID and temporary password via SMS and email.

Step 2: Login & Complete Application

  • Return to SSC’s website and log in using Registration ID and password. You may be prompted to change the password for security.
  • Continue to the SSC MTS 2025 application section (under “Apply” → “MTS/Havaldar 2025”).
  • Fill in personal details (category, nationality, parents, address) and educational information (10th grade board, marks).
  • Select your preferred exam centre(s).

Step 3: Upload Documents

  • Upload scanned photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm, 20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG).
  • Upload signature (4 × 3 cm, 10–20 KB, JPG/JPEG).
  • Upload left thumb impression, and enter Aadhaar details (or alternate ID proof).

Step 4: Pay Fee

  • Pay ₹100 if you’re a General/OBC male candidate.
  • Female, SC/ST, EWS, Ex‑Servicemen, PwD are exempted.
  • Payment modes: Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, BHIM, UPI.
  • Forms without the payment (if required) will be incomplete.

Step 5: Review & Submit

  • Review all entered information carefully.
  • Tick the declaration checkbox, complete CAPTCHA, and click “Final Submit”.
  • Upon successful submission, download or print the confirmation page and a PDF copy of your application.

Step 6: Correction Window (Optional)

  • SSC will open a limited correction window after the deadline.
  • First correction costs ₹200, second time ₹500

What is SSC MTS 2025?

SSC MTS 2025 is a national-level examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit candidates for Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar posts in various government ministries, departments, and offices.
