Step 1 – Visit the Official Portal & Register

1. Go to apprenticeblw.in, the official BLW Apprentice website.
2. Click Register (New User).
3. Choose whether you’re applying under ITI or Non‑ITI.
4. Select your desired Trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician).
5. Fill in personal details, DOB, category, contact info.
6. Upload a passport-size photo (15–50 KB) and signature (5–30 KB).
7. Click “Check Age Eligibility” to confirm compliance.
8. Fill in educational details (10th marks/CGPA, ITI info if applicable).
9. Accept terms & submit.
10. A Control No. and password will be sent via SMS/email.
11. Download or print the registration slip for future use.

Step 2 – Pay Application Fee

1. Within 48 hours of registration, log in with your Control No. and password.
2. Click “Pay Now”—you’ll be redirected to SBI Collect.
   • General/OBC/EWS pay ₹100; SC/ST/PwD/Female are exempt.
3. Complete payment via debit/credit/net banking/UPI.
4. Allow up to 48 hours for payment status update.

Step 3 – Fill Application & Upload Documents

1. Re‑login after payment confirmation (or skip payment if exempt).
2. Fill in remaining form details – correspondence & permanent addresses.
3. Upload required documents (JPEG/PNG):
   • Passport photo
   • Signature
   • 10th certificate (100–200 KB)
   • ITI certificate (if applying under ITI)
   • Caste/EWS/PwD certificate (if applicable), each 100–200 KB
4. Re-enter captcha and accept the declaration.
5. Review all details carefully—no edits allowed post-submission.
6. Click Submit to finalize.
7. You’ll receive an SMS/email with the application reference number.
8. Download/print the confirmation page for your records.
